15-minute informal voice consults are offered over the phone at no cost, to answer any questions you might have and determine if voice services are right for you

Formal voice consultation services are available for: Clients who want to know what to expect with voice changes when starting HRT, voice training, andor voice surgery. Clients starting HRT who would like support with their singing voice. Clients interested in voice surgery and would like individualized support in determining which intervention may be right for them.
More “traditional” voice therapy appointments are available for gender-diverse clients who: Feel their voice is strained/ tight/ gets tired quickly. Have had pitch-raising voice surgery and need support transitioning to their full voice.

Individual mentorship sessions are available for professionals seeking support with gender-affirming voice care. Topics typically range from voice evaluation templates, obtaining voice recordings virtually, voice masculinization/feminization/androgyny, gender-affirming voice surgery, and private practice start-up.
Bundle of 1:1 mentorship sessions offered at a discounted rate for individuals wanting to learn more about a specific skill (e.g. voice masculinization), or for needing help to get started with gender-affirming voice. Bundled program gives clients professionals access to private messaging for more “as-needed” support between sessions.

Gender-affirming voice care education is minimal in graduate programs, and SLPs/ voice coaches can leave their programs feeling underqualified to help transgender and gender non-conforming individuals to meet their voice needs. Emma is experienced in providing formal and informal consultation services and guest lectures to various health care teams, ENTs, Speech-Language Pathology graduate programs, and university programs across Indiana.
